How much does photo booth rental cost?

Anabella Party photo booth rental costs from €220 (excl. VAT) for 2 hours — OZOLS and INSTAGRAM from €220, SPOGULIS from €260. Each additional hour +€100 (SPOGULIS +€110). AI photo feature +€100. Operator-free rental for 12 hours — €350. The price includes setup and teardown, an assistant throughout the event, unlimited prints, branded design with the company logo and a digital gallery after the event. Delivery is free in Ķekava; elsewhere in Latvia it is calculated by distance.

Which photo booth should you choose?

SPOGULIS suits representative corporate events and conferences — full-length photos and an elegant visual presence. OZOLS suits weddings and celebrations where a warmer, more natural aesthetic matters. INSTAGRAM suits budget events and self-service mode — together with OZOLS it is also available as 12-hour operator-free rental for €350.

⚠ SPOGULIS — 120 kg

SPOGULIS weighs 120 kg. If the event is on the second floor or higher, a lift is required. Please warn us in advance about any stairs on the access route — it affects logistics planning and the number of people needed.

What we agree before the event

For a smooth setup, we agree on the following before the event:

Access

Driveway, entrance and route to the setup location.

Responsible person

An on-site contact who knows the schedule and can show the location. A phone number is required.

Schedule

We arrive 40–60 minutes before the agreed start. Setup takes 30–40 minutes, teardown 20–30 minutes. We agree when we may set up, when to pack up, and whether there is downtime between setup and the event start.

Leaving equipment

Whether equipment may be left on site before or after the event.

Venue rules

Internal rules of shopping centres, office buildings and large events — load-in times, passes, security requirements. Please inform us in advance so we can plan logistics.

How much space is needed?+

About 2×2 m for the booth plus a little extra room for the assistant and props.

How long does setup take?+

Usually 30–45 minutes; we arrive in good time before the event starts.

Does it work indoors without windows?+

Yes. Only a 220V socket is needed — the booth provides its own lighting.

How long is the digital gallery available?+

We hand over the gallery after the event; it stays available for download long-term.

How does payment work?+

By VAT invoice, with deferred payment for companies and institutions by agreement.

How far in advance to book for the Christmas season?+

December is busy — we recommend booking 3–6 weeks ahead.
