How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible — popular dates (Fridays, Saturdays, holiday season) get taken months in advance. If your date is soon, contact us anyway — we often find a solution.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a booking can be rescheduled or cancelled. Please note the advance payment is non-refundable, but it can be used to reschedule the date or rent other equipment. See the “Rental terms” section for details. If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible.

Does the photo booth come with an operator?

Yes, the SPOGULIS and INSTAGRAM photo booths come with our operator for the entire rental. They help guests, manage the prints and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Do you also work on weekdays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We serve events any day of the week, including weekdays and outside standard hours by prior arrangement.

Question 5

Do you deliver outside Riga? How much does it cost?

Delivery in Ķekava municipality is free. Beyond that we charge €25 per 100 km (round-trip calculation). We calculate the exact delivery price for your address during booking.

How long does setup take?

Setting up a photo booth takes about 30–45 minutes; inflatables are similar. We arrive in good time before the event so everything is ready when guests arrive. Setup and takedown are included in the price.

How much space is needed and is electricity required?

Photo booths need access to a 230V socket and about 2×2 m of free space. The bouncy castle needs a level area of ~4×4 m and a 230V connection for the blower. We provide the extension cords and blower.

What happens if it rains (inflatables)?

Inflatables must not be used in heavy rain or wind for safety reasons. If the weather is bad, we agree together on rescheduling or a solution. Detailed safety and weather rules are in the “Rental terms” section.

Question 9

How many photos can we take? Are they printed on site?

Prints are unlimited during the rental — guests can take as many photos as they like. Photos are printed on site within seconds, and after the event you also receive a digital copy.

Can the print design be customised or a logo added?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We customise the print design for your event — adding names, the date or a company logo. We agree on the design in advance so everything matches your vision.

Can you recommend additional services?

Yes, gladly. We often combine a photo booth with special effects (cold sparks) or an audio guest book. Tell us about your event and we'll suggest the best package.

Question 12

What happens if equipment gets damaged?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear and tear is expected and not a problem. The renter is liable for intentional or negligent damage in accordance with the rental terms. The specific conditions are in the “Rental terms” section.

Are the inflatables safe?

Accepted Answer

Our equipment is regularly inspected and well maintained. We provide a safety briefing before use. Adult supervision is mandatory while inflatables are in use; the limits on the number of users and weight (up to 200 kg) must be observed. From the moment the equipment is handed over, responsibility passes to the renter — see the “Rental terms” section for details.

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

A booking is confirmed by a 50% advance payment of the total; the remaining amount is paid before or on the day of the event. Payment is by bank transfer or cash. Prices exclude 21% VAT.

Do you issue invoices for companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we issue invoices for companies. We are a VAT payer (VAT reg. no. LV40203276261). Provide your company details during booking and we'll prepare all the necessary accounting documents.

Question 16

Is the advance payment refunded?

Accepted Answer

No — if a booking is cancelled, the advance payment is not refunded, as it secures the equipment's availability and partly covers lost income. Some equipment may require a security deposit, which is returned once the equipment is returned in its original condition. See the “Rental terms” section for details.
